After nearly 30 years...it is time to say "so long" to my ponytail. 

The honor of cutting off my ponytail will go to my Father, Tim Sr.!  I will be donating my hair to Children With Hair Loss (https://childrenwithhairloss.us/donate/donate-your-hair/). 

I also wanted to use this event as an opportunity to help raise money for the Metastatic Breast Cancer Research Program, led by Dr. Rita Nanda, at the University of Chicago, in honor of my niece Shannon Collins, #LiveLikeShan. 

If you would like to help out this great organization and have the opportunity to view this BIG EVENT live via Zoom, all you need to do is donate on this page. Please make your donation sooner rather than later, as the ponytail will meet its fate in just a couple weeks.  

Also, if you make a donation of $50 or more, your name will be entered into a raffle. The prize will be an evening out celebrating at one of Shannon's favorite dining spots, Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Snow Crab, followed by live entertainment--another of Shannon's passions. I will be hosting the evening for the winner and a guest. This will be arranged at a time in the future due to current restrictions. We will make this a night of celebrating Shannon's life.
