I am a member of the Comer Children’s Development Board. The funds raised will support the hospital's critical patient care programs for the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital. Without philanthropic support, these essential programs would not exist. Patient care programs include the Comer Family Support program which provides assistance to families whose children are admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or have lengthy stays due to a challenging treatment.
