With increasing demand for services during the global COVID-19 public health crisis, the University of Chicago Medicine health system needs your help.
Your gift to the UChicago Medicine COVID-19 Response Funds supports the health care workers providing essential care, as well as the adult and pediatric patients and families who are affected.
UChicago Medicine health care workers need your support to ensure they have the resources necessary to continue to provide frontline care at the highest capacity.
You may designate your donation to support one of these three funds:
- Health Care Heroes: UChicago Medicine health care workers are providing essential patient care around the clock during this crisis, while also trying to provide for themselves and their families. Many of us have benefited from their expert care and guidance, and now it’s our turn to lend a helping hand—so they can focus on this vital work—while we lessen their personal burdens, such as childcare costs, elder care, transportation needs, and household supplies and necessities.
- Patients and Families: Help us meet the critical needs of patients and families impacted by COVID-19, including needed hospital equipment and supplies, temporary facilities for screening and monitoring patients, patient/family hardship support, and technology to connect patients and families during visitor restrictions.
- Most Urgent Needs: Support the most urgent COVID-19 needs across the UChicago Medicine health system.
Please make your gift today. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our dedicated health care workers, our patients, and our community.
