As many of you know, Comer Children's Hospital and UChicago Medicine hold a special place in my heart, and my family is eternally grateful to these hospitals.  Not only have they made a personal impact on me, but Comer is also a leading hospital in pediatric research and a necessary resource for our community in handling child gun/knife wounds.  Because of donations from folks like you, Comer is able to take on unique and challenging research that other hospitals can't or won't.

Please join me in our fundraiser - RBC Race for the Kids - or make a donation to me or my team: Chicago City Day School.  All funds raised from this event go to fund critical early stage pediatric medical research.

The event will be In PERSON on Sunday, October 16.  You read that right - live running, ya'll. Please join me in this walk/run tour of Hyde Park.  It is Homecoming weekend for the Maroons so there will be plenty of fun activities!  If you don't like crowds, prefer to run with no one watching, don't want to risk the Chicago weather or aren't in the area but still want to be part of the group activity, there will be a virtual run, too. This isn't a sit-on-the-couch and pretend to run event but rather you set your own course and do it on your time.
